And criticizing an entity for doing such, is certainly not engendered by...
"being jealous." 
I predict that the advertising will soon say something along the lines of...
"new on the market" and/or
"never previously sold."
And if questioned,
'they' will throw some poor ad-writer under the bus...and say he/she made the mistake.
