Default Certainteed Shingles not sealing
Well, several shingles blew off my less than 2 year old roof. SPS roofing was the installer when built, and came and replaced shingles. They pointed out that in several spots they were not sealed. They helped me take down a shingle and send it in to Certainteed for a warranty claim. It was obvious the shingle had a problem. I just got a note back from Certainteed that nothing was wrong with the shingle. Now, I believe the shingle was bad, but I might be wrong. Any suggestions on next steps???? Who should I go after? Has anyone else had this issue with Certainteed or SPS?
