Not in the great country I live in.
While I hope they have caught the person responsible, the authorities can prove it and he never sees the light of day for the rest of his life (along with any accomplices)...he still has
'rights.'
Any less and we're no better than those countries ruled by dictators/despots...that decent American citizens view as so abominable.
