The short of it is that they gave me a run around for two years. After two years they sent a representative to look at my shingles. This PA company lied and told me they did not have a representative in MN This rep told me nothing was wrong with my shingles I explained that a roofing expert I hired stopped counting defective singes after reaching 300 an that I had a 30 year warranty wherein he claimed not and then said shingles only last 15 years and most people move 5-7 years nd so the warranty was worthless. I told him a judge what be interested in hearing that one. The company again denied my claim. I sued and they tried to settle up including an offer to re-shingle my roof. I told them the shingles they utilized were worthless and I wanted cash to replace them with another brand. I won. I learned that not only were they present in MN they had a mfg company 8 miles from my home
Don't fool around with these people. I have a suspicion that you are not the only homeowner dealing with this problem. I suspect you will get the run around. I wonder if there is a class action suit against them. This was the case with the company I was dealing with and the real reason their representative showed up after they initial denied my claim .
Get an estimate to re=roof the entire house and tell them they better abide by their warranty agreement and cough up or you will submit a claim for the cost of the roof expenses and damages for emotional distress

Interesting - from your post I get we are talking about the same manufacturer... no doubt. As far as the Warranty department - I called them, got the run around, and a supervisor was supposed to call me back. They never did. I need to call them again. I am going to basically gripe to all of them and see if I get some relief.
Lets not go crazy people - this is not a new roof - this is going up and sealing several sections with asphalt - probably about $1200 - but it still is not right.
