Hey Shoes ON ... I totally agree; and I have two dogs. People who allow their dogs to defecate on property they don't own are just rude, inconsiderate, unsanitary, and give the rest of us dog owners a bad name. That is one reason I am such a fan of enclosed dog parks. It benefits people who don't want dogs walked on their streets, as well as dog owners.
