When Hillary is answering her question, Trump should take out a newspaper with the headline "DEPLORABLES" on the bannerline, hold it up like he is more interested in reading the newspaper than listening to her squawking. Kind of like the bored husband at the breakfast table. It would make a good SNL skit. Hillary would lose it immediately and go into a seizure of coughing and head bobbing.
