Patio Villa just became available for the 2016-17 season


This is a nice Villa located in the Village of Mallory close to Lake Sumter Landing, the pool/post office and shopping, all easily available by golf cart,

This villa is all inclusive including a 4 passenger golf cart,full privileges of The Villages and all utilities. Just bring your toothbrush and pajamas and your all set.

This villa is now available for the month January 2017, October-December 2016 and April-December 2017
January rent is $3000.00 per month. Other months are available at reduced prices. Please contact me for prices, security deposit and reservation downpayment information
