It depends on what you want to do with it. If you want to do both golf and cruise TV, I would suggest a gas cart. I perfer the gas because we do a lot of cruising. There have been days that we put nearly a 100 miles on. The gas cart gets about 40-45 miles to the gallon.
The electrics will get 35-50 miles per charge, and that depends if you are using your lights. The lights will knock off 10-15 miles.
