I believe the he/she is unhinged and may do something drastic like indulge in a chocolate binge. It does not take much to set her off on a tangent of adjectives. Of course, being a schizo, she-he doesn't remember calling names and insists that someone else is doing the name calling. Mentally challenged, yes. I think I would probably diagnose her as suffering from a Schizoaffective disorder.
