So.....because T&D is a Villages entity, they could make the pool happen. If we used another pool company, the plans would not be approved...
take this advise as you will... we didn't buy that home....

Wise decision. Unless the agent was willing to guarantee in writing that T&D could deliver, that statement was worth zero.
