I did not receive a phone call, I've lived here since January 2015! Would not have known this except for this post here. When i lived in Cape Coral Water Dept would hand deliver and attach notices to our front doors. This is a little upsetting. Should i discontinue using my sprinklers, or run them 24/7 to 'clear it out'.
