Around 10:30 AM crews were seen placing signs advising thousands of residents to boil their water. I would think that within the three hour lapse, nearly every household had already used the possibly contaminated water. Around noon we did receive ( 3 1/2 hours later) an E Mail advising us not to use the water for showering, brushing teeth, washing hands etc... In my opinion, this is 100% unacceptable !!! Especially when the Sheriff's office has capabilities to immediately issue Amber Alerts etc. by phone !!!
