This morning in the Lopez golf cart parking area, I saw a cart exactly the same as mine. Same brand, same color, same half ass-ed headlights, same tires and wheels, same fold down windshield, no windshield wipers, same dashboard, no speedometer. On the back of the basket (same basket) facing to the rear was a sign that read, "Licenses, insured and street legal."

There was a Florida plate on the cart, but lots of carts have plates. (I have a New York). Does anybody know exactly what is necessary to be "street legal?" A sign? ;D

Was it a female driver?? Maybe she was a hooker???
