checked it out in the tax records and wow....

$30k that same day 1/20/2016
New owners listed it for sale....again that same day 1/20/2016 for $139 with a MLS Realtor.....no sale..
go figure...
Now its listed on the VLS $138,500......
$110 profit .....
makes ya wanna say hummmm.......
It didn't/hasn't sold as of yet......hopefully people take the time to research before they sell and buy....make yourself money....not someone else
