Just wanted to bring everyone up to date. After Certainteed denied there was a problem, the Villages Warranty department intervened and they sent an inspector out to look at the house with the roofer. After the inspection, it appears they have had a change of heart and now feel that it is the shingles. The are going to set up to have the Roofer go up and hand seal all the shingles. Amazing what a little persistence and leverage can do!
