Electoral votes do not come without votes. You cannot win a state's electoral votes without the popular vote, regardless of what some think. The popular vote elects the electors of each state. The state electors elect the president. Electors are pledged to cast their votes in accordance with the popular vote. So, they still need our vote in order to elect the president regardless of what some on here seem to indicate. Hillary does NOT have Florida until she gets the popular vote. It has happened 4 times where a President lost the popular vote but won the electoral vote. First was John Quincy Adams and the last was George W. Bush. If you knew history, you would know the facts.
