If I had to do it over again, I would definately rent for at least 1 yr. (maybe even 2) I don't know where you've previously lived, but you should ck. out all areas of the TV, because of major differences here between the older sections and newer ones where alot of newly retired people in their 50's & 60's have bought. The older section you'll find alot of people in their late 70's & 80's that bought there when TV first built a long time ago. As far as Realtors not disclosing any negative info,(ie;railroads,etc.) they can be sued for that or even lose their licenses. A buyer can force the real estate co. to return their deposit because of it.Good Luck,and I hope you'll be happy here
