Re: Licenses, insured and street legal?????????????
We have a electric Club Car NEV that is registered (has a VIN number), seat belts, reflectors, side mirrors, and turn signals and can go about 25 MPH. Almost everyone around here with a Club Car has a NEV because there's a lot of hills and we need the extra oomph to get up them doing a reasonable speed. It is legal on 25 mph streets. You don't have to have a license in AZ to drive it and you don't pay yearly registration fees. We are bringing it to TV with us because that's what we have. I know I won't speed because I'm short and if I sit back comfortably, I can't "floor it" so I'll be within the speed limit. Can't speak for hubby, but I promise I'll nag. :cop:
