IN March 2015, the percentage of blacks not in the labor force was 61%, over 12 million according to BLS. As of Aug 2016 the number is 61.9% not in the labor force. I guess the factcheck needs a bit of tweaking. Trump was wrong by making his number about 4% low. Oh well, I'll remind him next time I see him.
