We have lived here for 3 years. My inlaws are coming next weekend to look at housing. Areas I will direct them away from are:

Northwest : Train noise
Areas around the sewer treatment areas : Bogart/Bacall areas ; and several others
Areas with Pickleball courts too close (morning noise)
Areas too close to the high school : lights and noise
Areas too close to town squares : Nightly music noise
Areas with high tention wires in back yard
If you are looking at golf course front, be wary of golf ball hits on home

I intentionally did not mention any village so as not to offend anyone
