Default Hardwood floors over tile?
We have quotes to install engineered hardwood floors in our home. One company suggests removing all the old hardwood and tile before installing the new floor while the other recommends installing the new floor over the existing hardwood and tile since they are in good condition.

Has anyone installed hardwood over existing floors both tile and hardwood?
