For the first part of your question, I had this for a long time, if I used IE no buttons if I used Edge or Chrome, I had the buttons. Something changed a couple of months ago, as I now have the buttons with IE. I did find a work around at the time, I would go to the ToTV site, and NOT sign in, then click on the classified, and then sign in, this seemed to work every time.
I cannot help you with your second problem.
