You are right. Using that term with a libtard lowers the standard for those that are really handicapped. But, I do not use the term "retard" to describe the real handicapped. Sorry, but I am not one of your students that are required by the liberal elite to speck only in PC terms. The PC language was not offered in during my schooling. I do my best to try to speak American. I do remember a while back that some folks were explaining away illiterate speech by claiming it was Ebonics. Never learned that one either.
