In it Hillary is heard to be laughing about how she managed to get this guy off who in her words " was guilty as hell ". She continues that they perp beat a " polygraph test " and laughed " well ha=ha that`s why I`ll never believe a polygraph .
But she doesn`t stop there in her self-absorbed exuberance she brags about how she made the victim -- the 12 year old girl as responsibile for the crime itself .
It was only after this file emerged and has been widely played that the victim decided to come forward and tell her sad story .
