Wow, Mike, what a mess. A car drove into your lanai?? Glad no one was in it.

My spa looks exactly like yours and I want to remove the entire thing and resurface the area for more patio space. I'll give T&D a second chance by not asking for a quote first (since you were kind enough to give me an idea on price) and see if I can shake them up a bit.
