You're in luck, in Wildwood there are two large indoor antique markets. The one that Villagetinker mentioned, on 44 go through the light at 301 and it's on your immediate left at the bottom of the overpass. If you pass the Russell Candy Outlet you've got too far.

The other is in the shopping center that has the ACE Hardward and US Post Office. On 44 at the 301 red light turn right, a Sunoco station is on your right. Go about 1/2 mile and a big shopping center sits back on the right, the antique store is next to the Sav-A-Lot Grocery Store. It's slightly smaller than the 44 store, but has the same similar items.

Renninger's in Mount Dora, Florida is known all over. It's huge indoor and outdoor. Go through Fruitland Park and get on 441/27 and stay on 441 for about 20 miles and it will be on your left side. Probably takes 45 minutes to get there.
