I saw about a half-dozen Tesla's charging at the Turkey Lake Service Plaza a month ago (Costco run
).
I was interested in it, so I researched and found out that Tesla had installed the stations at their own expense.

If they eventually do it at the Okahumpka Travel Plaza, you can actually get on the Turnpike off of 301, drive down and recharge and then get back...without paying any tolls.
