By your generic use of of the word "children" it does beg further questioning. You use children and adults as synonymous. Answer How many children enlist in the Army? I would say none. You would say anyone over age 19 is still considered a child so children can enlist in the Army.

You would also say having sex with a 19 year old is having sex with a child, based on your use of "children". Case open...
