Default Rental Feb-April $2900 per month
2 BD 2 Bath available Feb - April or longer term.
Will also consider 1/2 of April (1-15) for half month's rent.
Home is fully furnished-large living room with computer desk, work station, new flat screen 48". bedrooms have queen beds, baths are updated and have new linens. Kitchen has eat-in area with nook. TV/Den off living room. Lanai off living room has been redone to enjoy during cooler days. Cable TV, internet, Daily newspaper & all utilities are included.
