There are no surprises in the out of control escalation of health care costs due to the incompetent legislation rammed through by people who know nothing about health care.

Everything, cost wise, that is occuring since Obama care was proposed has been forecast. Much of which can be found in the readings issued by the office of budget management under Obama.

The forecast was ever increasing costs with the worst of impacts occuring in 2017.

Right on schedule.

Nobody said Obama's legacy had to have anything positive in it. And there is none! But he will be remembered.

A failed president.
A failure to all the blacks who thought he could deliver on his hope and change and transparency promises.......worthless before year one was up.
