Two bedroom, two bath courtyard villa located in Melbourne Villas, in the Village of Collier. The villa is 5 minutes from the Brownwood Paddock Square, Eisenhower Rec Center, and the Big Cypress Rec Center.

- Master Bedroom: King bed, chest of drawers, 2 night stands with lamps, walk-in closet, private bath
- Guest Suite: Can be closed off for privacy. Queen bed, chest of drawers, 2 night stands with lamps, 32-inch HDTV, private bath with tub/shower combination
The rental covers all taxes, utilities, trash, water, sewer, Wi-Fi Internet, cable television, daily newspaper, and lawn service.
A supply of cleaning and household products are provided, as well as all linens, towels, and beach towels. Rental does not include a golf cart or telephone land line.
Rental fees are based on a two person occupancy.

Reservation Deposits: 50% of full rental amount is due within 7 days of booking along with signed rental agreement. A security deposit of $500 and the remaining 50% rental amount is due 60 days prior to stay. Security deposit less a $100 cleaning fee, will be returned within 15 days after departure, providing there are no damages other than normal wear and tear. For cancellations, booking deposits are only refundable if the villa is re-rented for a comparable time and amount. Temporary IDs (optional) are $50, paid by the tenant.
Arrival time is 3:00pm. Departure time is 11:00am.
No pets. No smoking in or near the premises.
