I had to laugh when Hillary said "Michelle had to work hard and long to get where she is today and she is a good role model for all young girls in America." So, Michelle worked hard at marrying someone successful? Because she is first lady and from my understanding, she did not have to do anything but ride his coattail to get where she is. So, the idea Hillary is trying to tell American women is to be a gold digger, and marry someone with money and status.
