I have to wonder how anyone stays a liberal after six decades of life. Not all Republicans are religious, or do most dislike gay people. Many have their bills paid and enough put away that they don't have to have their hand out. Some liberals are always asking for something. Even on this forum they want you to give them a mattress or a baby stroller.
