Well moron, it goes like this...if you go to court and no one can charge you with anything then you are found innocent, and are not a criminal. Unlike Trump who has been sued countless times, bribes government officials, lies to the public over 70% of the time and fortunately has been in the private sector, but if he was in government he'd definitely be LOCKED UP.
