On 466A you could give out 10,000 tickets a day. 9 out of 10 drivers coming off of Buena Vista heading toward Colony Plaza must immediately think, I'm turning left in 4 miles, I better get in the left lane now. Same can be said for those turning west headed toward Pinellas Plaza, I've got a left turn coming up, I better get over now, nevermind I'm only doing 40, that's a good safe speed for me. The drivers behind me should realize, I'm saving their lives going this slow.
