We had a similiar law in PA and a similar result.....no enforcement. Government is great at passing common sense laws with no teeth. Seat belts, texting, left lane, turnsignals, illegal lane changes....the number of stops made is equal to doing that ocean thing. Not enough cops, not enough court time, too many lawyers and entitled with money. I read once that the reason people drive the left lane is they can see better on that side and don't have great judgement when aligning with the right lane. Whatever the reason, the left lane riders will continue. Oh yeah, often see the cops doing the same thing
