All that means is that you've appointed yourself to set the left lane speed at 80, no different than the guy who appointed himself to set it at 55. It's basically the same thing at different speeds, and BOTH are required to get to the right. (Sorry). At least you'll have the satisfaction of passing the 80+ driver back when he is pulled over by LEO
