Fact. FBI said she was "guilty" of sending/receiving classified documents on her private server. For the average US Citizen or member of our armed forces this would be, and has been prosecutable. But the Democratic Attorney General, by the way who met inappropriately with Slick Willy on an airplane tarmac while the investigation was ongoing, chose not to prosecute. You are correct, she has not been charged by the politically connected DOJ. What she has been charged with in the "Court of Public Opinion" is a majority of Citizens find her to be untrustworthy, even many Democrats. If she isn't intelligent enough in this climate of constant Cyber invasions to not use a "personal server" then this alone questions her qualification for the Presidency, not withstanding her inability to identify "Classified Documents" within. Yet this is not "politically legally" a criminal offense, but since politically we tend to selectively ignore laws and the word illegal (i.e.: Illegal Alien), at least in my opinion, she is guilty of being unqualified to be the leader of our Country.
