I have to disagree with you.

Local roads whether they are 2 or 3 lanes, handle all of the traffic on the road.
The ONLY time you use the left lane for passing
is on a highway I-75, I-95, and the Florida Tpk.
Can you imagine everyone driving in the right lane
around The Villages?

By the way, what is your hurry?
