Other than it is against the law, that is so wrong for so many reasons.

I grant you that in a highly commercial area, such as on 441 say, it is difficult to do because of all the turning into a shopping area.
But in other areas if you flash your lights or honk your horn, these people in the left lane actually get annoyed!

Perhaps if the police started giving tickets to those who think they own the road, they will drive the right (and correct!) lane.

That would crash the servers if the Police here write e tickets. If they still use the old fashioned ticket books (25 tickets to a books) they would need a case of books a day.
