False. This is not a reopening; as a technical matter, it was never closed. That tech matter is correct, I was surprised when I heard that reported.
What ever they found the agents went to Comey right away, for him to risk his career it MUST be significant.

Obama may jump into this in some way perhaps like postponing the election, which he has the authority to do.
