Is this your first home purchase? It sounds like it might be. If so, I would suggest you hire a real estate attorney to explain everything you need to do. It also might be a good idea to have your own agent that you pay to work for you.
Start out with Citizens Mortgage and The Villages Insurance. Get closed. Get settled. Review all policies annually to decide if you can do better.
Other than this being the happiest place on earth other than Disney world, buying here is the same as buying anywhere in Florida.
Absoluteky have a home inspection in 11 months after closing.
