Why are so many Republicans not questioning why Russia is so interested in getting Trump elected?

Surely they don't think that the e-mail hacks only being about Hillary and the DNC, is by chance do they?

Can someone hate Hillary so much, that they have no problem with Putin (who IS Russia) trying to give the election to Trump?

I can't even fathom the depth of that kind of hatred.
