The one with the most votes can actually loose the election as the winner is the one to get ?????207???? electoral votes.
Florida has 22 electoral votes, the same a NY. NY is controlled by the DEMOCRATIC PARTY. Florida is evenly split and the winner getting the most votes gets all 22 electoral votes-THE REASON WHY TRUMP AND HILLARY ARE SPENDING SO MUCH TIME AND MONEY IN FLORIDA.
