It is true that the U.S. is still experiencing some serious economic difficulties which naturally affect the price of real estate. I agree with Inda50. However, if I were thinking about buying, I wouldn't wait for rock bottom. You never know when that will happen. When home prices do start increasing, I'll bet that TV will experience a big bump upwards. I'd buy now to be safe, before price increases start to happen.
