1. Ok...Clinton, stupidly sets up her own server. A very dumb move. She says that and apologizes. FBI and Justice rightfully investigate and call it rightfully a dumb move, but no violation of law. Now we think we may have more on the perverts computer. We don't know for sure to whom, from whom, or about what but they need to be looked at...I agree by the way.
I assume you are not referring to Wikileaks as that is totally different. Now we have hackers getting into private emails of the DNC. Of course we find a lot of things that people said privately especially in a campaign planning mode, that they sure don't want in public. To me, it is much ado about nothing. Cringe worthy for sure but only what you woul expect in private emails.
Since this is a discussion of issues for the campaign, I assume we can discuss the other side. While nothing was hacked from the RNC, can you imagine what they would read like ?
I am more upset at the lack of outrage by American citizens to a foreign country hacking our folks emails. I see none. Everybody is happy with it, and I just see sheep being led around by these weasels. Until I see more, that is all I see.
Clearly anyone who violates the law needs to be ounished. I would assume after years of looking we have seen it all.
As a side note, in the damning Newsweek article concerning Russia, hacks, Trump, etc...this tie bit while they were discussing the how if the hacking...
"The Russian penetration in the United States is far more extensive than previously revealed publicly, although most of it has been targeted either at government departments or nongovernment organizations connected to the Democratic Party. Russian hackers penetrated the White House, the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the State Department. The State Department cyberattack, which began in 2014 and lasted more than a year, was particularly severe, with Russian hackers gaining entry into its unclassified system, including emails. (Hillary Clinton left the State Department in 2013, which means that if she had used its unclassified email system rather than her private server—a decision that has dogged her throughout the campaign—any of her emails on the government system could have been obtained by Russian hackers.)"
It appears that as stupid as she was, it was lucky.
2. National Security...this is many pronged. Not sure where you specificcpally want to take it, thus let me just say. Trump advocates promulgation if nukes. If you need links to validate that, let me kno. He advocates to abandon our NATO allies unless they "pay up". Should we do that or even hint at leaving NATO Europe better build shelters. That poipsition is shared by only one country. I also oppose the the "rattling" of sabres concerning Muslims. That is one big gift to those nut jobs looking for recruits. I also think that as Rubio proposed and actually was working in, we need comprehensive immigration reform that does not include throwing people out of our country.
I will stop there and read what you write...I still think terrorism and the economy are the most important thing facing us. Will wait to hear from you
