The Villages Taxi, the last time I used it, went to MCO first, and then to Sanford, and then from Sanford to MCO and finally the villages. The result was around 3 hours or so for a trip that should be 1.5 hours, also it was fairly expensive. Be sure to ask them about the route and rates before booking. I have found the trip to Sanford to reasonably pleasant, so now I just drive and park the car.
