Auto insurance rates vary depending on risks and costs. Obamacare rates vary by age. If women represent more financial risk then they should pay more. That is the nature of insurance. If you are looking for fairness, you have come to the wrong planet.

The OP left out his biggest promise - repeal Obamacare. Trump's supporters will be the ones screaming the loudest when they are denied health insurance because of a pre-existing condition, or when their kids are not allowed to stay on their policy until age 26, and (my favorite) when women are charged twice as much for healthcare than men.
