Do you hold a medical degree such that you can call this man mentally disturbed ? You can diagnose someone you have never met ?
What if his writings are a form of sarcasm and baiting ? Perhaps he is conducting a very secret long term study which must be titled with a series of numbers in order to protect his identity .
Perhaps he holds numerous degrees including a Law Degree .
