If you are wondering how this organization has determined that illegals and Dead people voted --- they have developed very deep data basis and cross referenced them with the actual roles of registered voters .

Now this is where my direct knowledge of their practices ends .

However a couple of the corporate functions I managed for over 2 decades included Market Research and Decision Analysis --- a ' think tank " of very quantitatively skilled professionals who spent their days constructing and testing various computer models designed to support Executive Decisioning .

My folks could build very accurate projections of market trends and also project likely client/ customer market behavior .

My guess would be that this organization could use similar statistical analysis to project the number of illegal votes within an acceptable " confidence interval " of plus or minus 5% .

There is also a statistical verification process called " Back-Testing " which takes the actual data form past periods and compares it to the projections created by the pre-event modeling
projections .
